Chinese celebrate Festival of Winter Solstice
Today is Dongzhi or Winter Solstice festival in the Chinese calender. The other three major festivals are Xinnian, Qingming and Duanwu. Xinnian or the Chinese New Year for 2010 falls on 14 February (Sun).
